Sussmann trial.

Here is a bombshell

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Former Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook testified Friday that then-Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton approved the dissemination of materials alleging a covert communications channel between the Trump Organization and Russia’s Alfa Bank to the media, despite campaign officials not being "totally confident" in the legitimacy of the data. (They had to know it was fake since it originated with them!)

Former FBI General Counsel James Baker testified Thursday that the bureau investigated the data alleging a Trump connection to the Kremlin-linked bank, and found that "there was nothing there

The government moved to admit a tweet from Clinton dated Oct. 31, 2016 as evidence, despite U.S. District Judge Christopher Cooper ruling last month that the court would exclude that tweet as hearsay.

No doubt about it. Hillary is a control freak manager and had to OK this.

In the courtroom, lawyers are asking questions for which they already have the answers. At this level, witnesses already know cover-up will backfire.
That's the general rule. Typically a lawyer shouldn't be asking a question he doesn't already know the answer to. In this particular instance I think they were just looking for a name of someone closer to Hillary Clinton I think they were shocked when the name came back Hillary Clinton.

The only surprising part of this is how easily it came out in testimony.
Still believe there is a good chance Sussman gets off on the one charge and it could be both sides are going thru the motions. I was in bed all day yesterday so have not kept up.

"If it had been Republicans doing it to a Democrat, the press would be losing its mind. Problem is, most media bought the Clinton-commissioned lies: The Washington Post and New York Times split a Pulitzer for their obsessive ‘news reporting’ that repeated the lies to the world," the Post’s editorial board wrote.

Closing arguments tomorrow then to the jury. Most surprising development? How bout Robby Mook throwing Hillary under the bus? Robby is still under investigation so he is out to save his bacon. Will Robby still be around in six months or will he end up dead somewhere?

Is he planning his funeral?

If anybody has any messages they like to get to Vince Foster, don't let too much grass grow under your feet before contacting Robbie Mook.
