Yes synergism is pretty straight forward . I’m reminded of Jesus words the seeing they may not see and hearing they might not hear . They remain blinded by monergism.

Augustine once believed the truth then became apostate. Synergism and free will was what the early church affirmed until augustine came on the scene. They also denied total inability as well until he brought in the gnostic heresy of original sin.
