Iran Gives ULTIMATUM to Israel over Lebanon (article)

The Islamic Republic of Iran has issued an ultimatum to Israel asking them to withdraw from Southern Lebanon, giving them 24 hours to do so, otherwise threatening clashes with the IDF in southern Lebanon.

Here is the official statement:

The "wars and rumors of wars" has NOTHING to do with war between physical nations.

Ephesians 6:10-17
  • "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might.
  • Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
  • For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
  • Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
  • Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;
  • And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
  • And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:"
These are the words of God of not taking these things literally, but Spiritualizing everything again and defining terms as our Lord sees fit, rather than worldly theologians with their eyes not on Christ and truth but upon the nation of Israel, on guns, on physical temple, physical and earthly reigns, earthly famines, wars and rumors of wars. Our war is NOT with literal men of flesh and blood, our battle is spiritual warfare, and we go to battle with the sword that is the Word of God. The war and rumors of wars has to do with the Word of God and word of Satan in God's New Testament congregation, not national Israel. One need to stop watching the world news and get with the Scripture!

If we think Christ actually meant that we are now to take up the physical sword to fight for Christ, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. In our own ignorance, we will in turn perish with the sword. Just as the European crusaders and those burning people at the stake in the name of fighting or resisting evil in the world for the sake of Christ. No, no no! That was for the sake of their own flesh. We fight evil with the fire from our mouths (Revelation 11), which is also the word of God, and the sword which is the word of God. That is where the true war is!

I don't think it's quite time yet.
I believe the wars and rumors of wars in the gospel is referring to the king of the north and the king of the south in Daniel 11.At the end of the chapter, the king of the north destroys the middle east and north Africa wonderfully.

Most of the Western type nations have had recent political elections.
The real stand out of the results has been how close and narrow the margins are between the parties and ideologies. This means that Governments have difficulty in passing legislation and must appease minority factions.

The Jewish State of Israel is the one that is the most worrying. They must show they are willing and capable of a quick and devastating response to the peoples who present an existential threat to them.

I, and most others who follow these things, are relieved to see Benyamin Netanyahu as Israel’s Leader again. He represents stability and security.
However, there is a unfulfilled Prophecy which may happen soon. In fact, there isn’t much time left for it to be fulfilled. It is:

Micah 5:1 Now withdraw behind your walls, you people in a walled city, the siege is laid against us. The ruler of Israel is struck upon the cheek with a rod.

There seems to be a wrong placement of the Chapter division here. Micah 5:1 should be Micah 4:14. Chapter 5:2-13, is Prophecy about Jesus and the Judgment of Judah and the evil neighbors on His Day of fiery wrath. Jeremiah 12:14, Zephaniah 1:14-18

The ‘walled’ and heavily defended State of Israel, has been under siege for 74 years, but now more so than ever, with the real threat of Iran’s nuke missiles.
A ‘rod’ is a slang term for a rifle. Micah would not have known he was looking at a snipers rifle.

Since we are a month past the ultimatum, was that just a rumor?

The word 'rod' has many meanings in the scriptures.
The word translated 'rod' in Micah 5:1, is 'shaybet' Strongs 7626: a stick used for punishing......

When Israels strong leader is incapacitated by an assassination attempt, THEN Iran will see their chance to destroy Israel. But that will be their downfall. Psalms 7:12-16

Psalm 23

By “assassination attempt” do you mean “attempted assassination” (person lives) or “assassination” (person dies)?

Attempted, as Micah 5:1 does not say he dies.

If the leader is not actually assassinated, how does "Iran will see their chance to destroy Israel"?

What "chance"?

In other words, what would be different than attacking at any other time?

He must be incapacitated. Unconscious or unable to make rational decisions.
Irans crazy mullahs will see that as their opportunity, maybe Israels retaliation will be slowed.

Right now, Iran is having serious internal dissent. Their leaders will grab any opportunity to divert attention from their shortcomings.
Anyway, they have said they are going to wipe Israel off the map. NOW they have the means to do it.

Pay Keraz no mind, he has no idea who the passage is talking about.

Macah 5:2
But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times.”

That's what happens when you take a verse out of context. If you keep it in conext, you can easily see who was afflicted.
