Science vs Christianity

What would be interesting would be to compare the differences between the reasons they believe the things of science true and the reasons they believe Christianity true.
Well, that's pretty simple.....the Bible say there was a city here or there.....and they go look and find a foundation.

The Bible says there was a world wide flood...along with other non-biblical flood literature and scientist find evidence that shows of a world wide deluge that covered the planet, laid down strata and buried things.

.....and the atheist want to cry foul????

In many instances Christianity has a head start on what happened....and doesn't need the T.o.E. to show how we got here.
What counts are the reasons behind why you think something true. Science has a far superior methodology than Christianity when it comes to things like T.o.E.

But that example is not getting to whether Christianity is true.
The Bible says there was a world wide flood...along with other non-biblical flood literature and scientist find evidence that shows of a world wide deluge that covered the planet, laid down strata and buried things.

As I said, what counts are the reasons behind why you think something true. The reasons behind why you think there was a worldwide flood are not very scientific compared to the reasons the majority of scientists think there wasn't such a flood.

You should bring this to the attention of those scientists who are Christians.

Like John Polkinghorne, probably the most brilliant man alive (until his death last year). I highly suggest that our Royal Highness who gave us this OP edict from the throne read one of his books.
