Yeah, there is. The Holy Spirit is sent by God and speaks for God. The Holy Spirit doesn't send The Father. Nor does the Father speak for the Spirit.

So there's a distinction between God the Holy Spirit and the rest of the Diety.
are you sure, Isaiah 48:16 "Come ye near unto me, hear ye this; I have not spoken in secret from the beginning; from the time that it was, there am I: and now the Lord GOD, and his Spirit, hath sent me."
