Doesn't really answer the question, as you believe God has placed limits the things He determines. Without those things He doesn't determine, how can He be certain. Also, what are the things God doesn't determine?

It's pie-in-the-sky, fingers crossed, hope-so theology to assert that God's simple knowledge and foreknowledge of all things results in the perfect, undetermined outcome of God's predestined plan (cf Eph 1:11). The assertion of the former is a contradiction to the latter. Does God NOT work...

Will you expand on that? I mean, although God knowing all things is impressive, I cannot understand how, by itself alone, God's omnisience makes His prophecy certain. How does that work?
