1 Jn 5:2. Jesus=God

Greek words for worship...Latreia · Sebo · Sebasma · Eidololatria · Latrevo · Eusebeo · Proskuneo · Proskunétés.
The translators use the word "worship".Mk 15:19...Was Jesus being worshipped there?

But you don't believe Jesus' father is the only true God? It is in the scripture. Why do you not believe it?
If the Father is the one true God that would make Jesus a false God in Jn 1:1. Your argument might hold water if Jesus said ,"Only you, Father, are the true God." This is not what Jesus said. Note, Jesus said "you, the only true God." The word "only" does not modify "Father," but rather "God." Note when “true God’ occurs it is contrasting God against false gods and this is what Jesus is doing. {2 Chronicles 15:3 ; Jeremiah 10:10 , 11; 1 Thessalonians 1:9.

Are you saying that God commands angels to worship a false god?
Just read what you wrote and see how silly you are... Jesus said His father is the only true God. Why would the only true god command anyone to worship another God? You are not very smart. You think believers have more than one God.

If the Father is the one true God that would make Jesus a false God in Jn 1:1.
What do you mean by if the father is the one true God?
John 17:3
And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
Your argument might hold water if Jesus said ,"Only you, Father, are the true God."
That is exactly what Jesus means. Jn 17:3 shows the father as the only true God. Are you saying there is another true God?
This is not what Jesus said. Note, Jesus said "you, the only true God.
So let us look at the full context...
1 These words spake Jesus, and lifted up his eyes to heaven, and said, Father, the hour is come; glorify thy Son, that thy Son also may glorify thee:
2 As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.
3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

So your argument is bogus since Jesus identifies the father in vs 1.
" The word "only" does not modify "Father," but rather "God."
The father is God. You are making a bogus argument. Vs 1 shows Jesus speaking directly to the father.
Note when “true God’ occurs it is contrasting God against false gods and this is what Jesus is doing. {2 Chronicles 15:3 ; Jeremiah 10:10 , 11; 1 Thessalonians 1:9.
Sir the phrase is "you (thee), the only true God". Jesus is referring to God his father as the only true God. That means there is no other true God but the father... If you try to project Jesus as God you are creating a false God. Plain and simple.
If Jesus is God in that passage then why are you arguing that he is not God in Isa 9:6
Towerwatchman said:
Well, if this is the verse “Might God” translates from “El Gabor” which means champion. For example it’s the military champion that leads from the front. Goliath was the Philistine El Gabor. Since we do have a word that’s translates the meaning, Mighty God was chosen.
So to Go back to your statement...
Note when “true God’ occurs it is contrasting God against false gods and this is what Jesus is doing
It shows that Jesus is not God and he is contrasting his father the only true God against false gods...

Does the Father command angels to worship a false god?
Let's get this out of the way first...How many Gods do we have? One God the father...If your answer is ONE God the father. Then the father is not commanding anyone to worship another God. Plain and simple. Jesus is not God.

Just read what you wrote and see how silly you are... Jesus said His father is the only true God. Why would the only true god command anyone to worship another God? You are not very smart. You think believers have more than one God.
The Father commanded the angels to worship The Son.
Case closed and your head remains in the sand.
