Alex Berenson Banned From Twitter After White House Complains? Reinstated via Lawsuit?

Actually, as long as no coercion or retribution of any kind can be shown, the government is allowed to advise privately-owned companies of the need for censorship.
That is not what the court decided. Are you in la la land? If Twitter is taking orders from Biden government (Oceania) in which you are a voluntary slave, they are extensions of the government and must adhere to free speech.

Where do you get such nonsense? Who said the government is allowed to do that? Was there a Supreme Court ruling on the issue that I missed?

So, the real question is to the status of the legal filings against the government. How is it doing? Is there any evidence the Biden administration threatened or coerced Twitter in any way?
They don't have to threaten or coerce, they just need to butt out! It's none of their business. The government is making a private company their agent, to do their bidding where they have no lawful authority to engage in such behavior.

Why didn't the government just arrest Mr. Berensen and charge him with something? The reason they didn't is that they can't, it would be against the Constitution, hence they use their operative in the form of Twitter.

The CDC today admitted making "Dramatic" mistakes on Covid. So, critics like Mr. Berensen are proved right, they were in fact right all along, yet he and others were banned from Twitter for their Covid remarks. Twitter's actions in banning people was out and out censorship. They were wrong and the critics were right. Apology please.
