@Bonnie - John Oliver's show (Last Week Tonight) had a segment on Alex Jones several years ago. The show is one of my favorite things on television, blending comedy with news, just like John Stewart did a few decades ago.

It's on HBO, and depending on your sensibilities, can contain things which might offend Christians (comedic language, sexual references, etc). I say this just to warn anyone considering watching the clip below:

I think most people watch simply for the spectacle. I can't help but be a bit leery about his constant calls to rise up and overthrow our overlords, or slave masters. The Deep State would love a revolution to stomp into the ground. They're practically ready to create one themselves if no one else has the motivation.

If those cited people suddenly became darlings of the left, I'd bet a weekly paycheck that these believers would abandon their chosen media authorities. If Alex Jones started working for the Biden administration and parroting the Dem party message, you'd see him lose a massive amount of viewers.

Alex Jones is well known for claiming the Sandy Hooks school shooting was a government hoax. He's also known for promoting and fueling Pizza-gate, the wacko conspiracy theory that prominent Democrats were involved in a nonexistent child trafficking ring supposedly run out of the nonexistent basement of a D.C. pizza parlor. He's made a ton of wacko claims about other things as well. He peddles useless "nutritional supplements" from his website. Go do some homework and get back to me.
