Arminians reject death in trespass and sin, …..

Arminians reject death in sin and trespass, and have convinced themselves that they were never really dead in sin and trespass but still retained enough life to trigger being born again.

Arminians are unable to give God the Glory alone for being born again, but are the authors of their own "re-birth" experience by somehow having the insight to believe and then choose team Jesus. They bring themselves back from almost dead to life by choosing to grab the life preserver, or open their mouths to take the medicine or to open their hands and take the gift.

Eph 2:1 And you were dead in the trespasses and sins
Eph 2:5 even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved—

They refuse to believe that it is God who makes those dead, alive, and prefer to believe a lie that they were not dead in trespass and sin, but still alive and capable of effecting their rebirth from - "almost dead to alive".

@Rockson is the first Arminian in my other thread to confirm that death in trespass and sin is not really death, but you are capable of reaching out your hand and grabbing the life preserver.

That would be like Lazarus in his tomb, having to stretch out his hand and grab onto a life line tossed to him by Jesus.
I suppose the next argument will be that Lazarus was dragged kicking and screaming in protest from death to life, while the guy in the next tomb was begging to be resurrected.

The story line is Jesus won.

Not startout in adam.

Paul was explaining the storyline.

They act as if they're drowning in a lake...and all they got to do is reach out and grab the life preserver...rather than understand they are already dead and laying on the bottom of the lake....where God has to jump in, drag them to shore and restore life into their dead spirit.

Any Arminians that want to defend their stance?

Why do you have to be born again?

Arminian believe that those dead in sin go to hell.

Arminians don't know that repentence isn't libertarian, yet they repent and God is pleased and saves them and it gives glory to God. Why is that?

And?
Do they believe those dead in sin have the ability to grab onto the proverbial life preserver tossed their way by Jesus?
Arminians don't know that repentence isn't libertarian,
What does this mean?
yet they repent and God is pleased and saves them and it gives glory to God. Why is that?
Why them and not the Atheist next to them who hears that they should repent same as them?
What sets the Arminian apart?
