In a DC court?

Certainly you do not. Injustice, abuse of authority, and KKK courts is right up your ally.

Justice is required here when one is guilty of espionage. Justice counts

Prison environments are harsh, and in some prisons, KKK members might take actions about how others are treated.

It is moronic to appeal to justice and at the same time write approvingly about excessive bleeding in a prison yard while the guards stand still and watch. Abuse is abuse. If it happens in a prison yard or in a home where the husband beats the wife, it is all abuse.

Espionage counts if found guilty. No one cares about "woke gender ideology" when they are excessively bleeding in a prison yard while the guards stand still and watch and pretend not to notice.

So they shouldnt have promoted him as 'transgender'

Espionage is a crime, and people that commit the crime can be convicted as part of our justice system. Abusing a sworn trust provided by receiving a clearance is a betrayal that cannot be ignored.

Upon conviction and sentencing it is also widely recognized that excessive violence in prisons underscores the how minorities may not be entirely welcome with those currently in the general population of a prison. In this instance, a transgender spy and former Army officer may have a very tough stay while surviving that environment.

It's also possible that the transgender and former Army officer might be tough enough to stand up to the hardened criminals that share a prison environment.

No one is contesting that. We are contesting the lie of gender identity ideology

And two wrongs make a right?

The world is an inherently evil place. Wheat is mixed with chaff and God knows the difference.

"Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except by God's appointment, and the authorities that exist have been instituted by God.

So the person who resists such authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will incur judgment

(for rulers cause no fear for good conduct but for bad). Do you desire not to fear authority? Do good and you will receive its commendation, for it is God's servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be in fear, for it does not bear the sword in vain. It is God's servant to administer retribution on the wrongdoer. " ( Romans 13, 1-4, NET)

Jesus is The Way, The Truth, and the Life.

Not quite. The Authorities cant save people to the Kingdom and eternal life. God will judge the authorities but when it says if you do wrong it cant mean everything else written about God's word is wrong if the human governments disagre. Your claim implies the killing of gays under Iranian authority is as good as the celebration of lgbt by western authorities, because they are instigated by governing authorities, but you are assuming one is wrong and the other is right when for God both are wrong. God will judge all, and according to His ways. He has set up the priniciple of governement and to be in line with His principles and that is what He expects from governments. The number of times I have noted how false teaching hates the way God treated tribes rhat opposed Him and then make the same opposing views.

The epistle to the Romans was written to the church which included both Jewish and Gentile believers so they were familiar with the need to obey God's word but also tnings such as pay taxes to Ceasar

If you believed Jesus is the way the truth and the life you would have said Amen to His teaching that God created a man and a woman in His image and for faithful union to.multiply, but you didnt.

^That^ is a falsehood. You do not know enough about me to make this judgement.
