Well down in our part of the world we have entered into autumn. The European trees are starting to lose their leaves. We are still getting some warm days but today is a sad, grey day. What recipes do you like to cook in autumn?
I must admit I enjoyed a spinach and ricotta quiche the other day. Kim made a creamy fish pie yesterday, but I didn't feel like eating, so will enjoy it today. We always enjoy a stir fry.
