Bronx Zoo Elephant Not a Person Court Rules

Unborn children, IMO, should have all the rights that born people have.

Save one: the right to live inside another person.
So that unborn child got there on its own? It just appeared out of nowhere and consciously decided to take up residence in an unwilling woman's womb? If that is the case, then you would have a point and I would support abortion right along with you.

Pregnancy does not happen on its own, now does it? (outside rape and incest.) It happens because of choices two people made. Children do not just magically show up in women's wombs for no reason, sir.

The most your argument proves is that abortion is morally justifiable in cases of rape or incest.

But you know full well that is not what happened. You and every other abortion supporter knows full well how babies are made and from whence they come. Note: storks do not bring babies and just put them in an unwilling woman's womb.
Doesn't matter, to me, how it got there.

It shouldn't have the right to be there without the pregnant woman's consent.

What's legal and what's right aren't the same.
I agree - they aren't
My view is that abortion is not wrong, whether or not it is legal.
It sure is. Consent to sex also is not consent to a sexually transmitted disease but it happens.
And when it does happen, it's treated.

You don't see pregnancy as something to be treated?
Well, some pregnant women do, so why should I take your opinion over theirs?

I understand your position. I disagree

Killing isn't a treatment.

I didn't ask you to but my opinion isnt invalidated by the opinion of others. That's a silly argument.

This, from the person who does not believe there even is a moral code.

You speak as if pregnancy is a disease. You treat diseases. You treat disorders. Pregnancy is neither a disease or disorder. Unborn children are not diseases. They are not cancers. They are not viruses.
You don't see pregnancy as something to be treated?
NO! What? Are you just figuring this out?
Well, some pregnant women do, so why should I take your opinion over theirs?
Because we do not have right to kill people.

There are many moral codes.
As many as there are people, IMO.
You speak as if pregnancy is a disease.
No, I don't.
I point out that there are pregnant women that see their pregnancies that way.

Remember - "women should be able to have abortions" is not the same as "women should have abortions."
Because we do not have right to kill people.
If they are inside your body, where abortion is legal, you do have that right.

And, IMO, should have that right..
