Can a "Born Again" Roman Catholic remain in the RCC and continue to follow the erroneous teachings of the RCC?

When one becomes "Born Again" biblically their minds are renewed , transformed and become a new creation in Christ. They begin to follow and obey Christ.
And after being baptized they follow Him into His Church.

Acts 2:
38 Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off—for all whom the Lord our God will call.”

40 With many other words he warned them; and he pleaded with them, “Save yourselves from this corrupt generation.” 41 Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand were added to their number that day.

Everyone knows the RCC is The Harlot of Revelation.
Only Protestants. And If that were true, then Jesus and the Holy Spirit were incapable of preserving the Church they started as promised.
Mat 16: 18 And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the powers of death shall not prevail against it.
