Sure it was.

Each link was identified..with a portion from the link presented.

I noticed you had no problem presenting a link.
I do not rename the links I use. My link was to NCBI and was clearly identified as such. OTOH, you identified your video link as "Go to the 13:10 minute mark".

You're right..my intentions are to link you to a porn site.

I did, and when you want to detect a specific thing, part of the calibration process involves testing the equipment against a known quantity of the thing you're trying to detect in an unknown sample.

That's what calibration means, and how calibration is done.

You're fundamentally ignorant of the thing you want to have strong opinions about.
And the CDC admitted they didn't have a covid virus to calibrate with.

That's why there were many false positives.

At that time.

Prove it.

You're fundamentally ignorant of the science you're trying to lecture other people about. This is a form of dishonesty.
If you don't understand over cycling by now...I can't help you.

If you don't understand the test is looking for a digital representation made from a cold virus and a human cell...I can't help you.

It's obvious you can't help me, or anyone else here. You fundamentally lack understanding of the things you're lecturing others about.

Calibration of the equipment occurred, despite your claim to the contrary. Nothing was faked, despite your claim to the contrary.

Prove it.....or move on.

Sorry CrowCross, as it turns out the CDC isn't involved in calibration standards. Any requests for information* should have been directed to NIST.

Have you considered being a member of the Constitution Party instead?

* "To help meet the measurement and standards needs of U.S. industry and the nation, NIST provides calibrations, standard reference materials, standard reference data, test methods, proficiency evaluation materials [1], tools that facilitate the evaluation of measurement uncertainty [2], measurement quality assurance programs, and laboratory acceditation services that assist a customer in establishing traceability of measurement results."

My understanding is that they run the test about 40 cycles and in doing that, you would get a positive on just about anything, whcih was what happened when they tested orange peels, hair samples, etc.

They need to keep the fear factor in play.

Well, I had to have my OS reinstalled, and one of the reasons was pop-ups from porn sites.

Your links are hidden behind new names you give them, and so I cannot take the chance.
Why not just link directly to the site, instead of giving it a cute new name? Then posters can decide whether to go there based on the site.

What "cold virus" was used in the test?

Your quote identifies the sequence used, which is covid-19. I confirmed this using a BLASTn search of the genomic database which turned up hundreds of hits to the many sequences of covid-19 that have been deposited in this database.

It's true. The truth about PCR swab up your nose Covid -19 test.

They have even admitted it. Go to the 13:10 minute mark and start listening there.

Also go to the FDA Gov site...and do a search for the word "isolates"if you want to see the document.
The admittance in written in geeky terms...but the video explains it.

Here's what it says.

The analytical sensitivity of the rRT-PCR assays contained in the CDC 2019 Novel Coronavirus (2019- nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel were determined in Limit of Detection studies. Since no quantified virus isolates of the 2019-nCoV were available for CDC use at the time the test was developed and this study conducted, assays designed for detection of the 2019-nCoV RNA were tested with characterized stocks of in vitro transcribed full length RNA (N gene; GenBank accession: MN908947.2) of known titer (RNA copies/µL) spiked into a diluent consisting of a suspension of human A549 cells and viral transport medium (VTM) to mimic clinical specimen. Samples were extracted using the QIAGEN EZ1 Advanced XL instrument and EZ1 DSP Virus Kit (Cat# 62724) and manually with the QIAGEN DSP Viral RNA Mini Kit (Cat# 61904). Real-Time RT-PCR assays were performed using the Thermo Fisher Scientific TaqPath™ 1-Step RT-qPCR Master Mix, CG (Cat# A15299) on the Applied Biosystems™ 7500 Fast Dx RealTime PCR Instrument according to the CDC 2019-nCoV Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel instructions for use.

It'll be interesting to see what the "fact checkers" say.
So tell me where it says that COVID was the common cold! It doesn't even mention colds. Hahahah!

Did you know that the guy who developed the test said...It can't be used for determine if you have the virus?

And we haven't even discussed over cycling.
One thing I think here is that you are providing "evidence" for what you are saying that you yourself don't understand it have any knowledge of or experience with. It would behoove you to ask people who do to explain it to you so you don't present incorrect information to the public.
