Cheapo Appetizer

We'd make this for Christmas parties.
1 block of cream cheese
1 jar of emerald green relish
1 jar of (red) hamburger relish

Unwrap the cheese, lay it on a fancy plate. (If you're not going to a party, a paper plate will do. 😉) Spoon the relishes side by side in two lines over the cheese. Serve with fancy crackers. (Ritz is our favorite.)

We've also used our homemade Apple-Green Tomato Chutney instead of the festive red and green relishes.

It would look very Christmasy. That sounds tasty.

Another is cream cheese topped with sweet chilli sauce or

cream cheese, sour cream and french onion soup.
