Eph. 1:4 even as he chose (Greek, "elected") us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him.

2Th. 2:13 But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:

Acts 13:48 And when the Gentiles heard this, they began rejoicing and sglorifying the word of the Lord, and as many as were appointed to eternal life believed.
Leaving aside your misinterpretation of those verses for a moment where are any of them presented as the gospel

Now Eph 1:4 concerns the faithful in Christ

That they should be holy and blameless

2Th 2 God chose the gentiles to be saved even as he chose the Jews

Both through faith

Acts 13:48 says nothing at all about why they were appointed, ordained or disposed you have to read the rest of your theology into the passage to come up with your view

further given context where the Jews rejected eternal life for themselves

Luke leaves out the relationship of being ordained to free self determination. although verse 46 seems to testify against an absolute decree. they rejected god’s will for themselves may it be that ordination is a result of God’s foreknowledge.

Or it may be based on scriptures promise

Romans 8:28 (ESV)
28 And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.

Verse 48 is simply stating positively for the Gentiles what was just stated as a negative sentiment for the Jews. The decision and judgment is clearly taking place within the individual hearing the message.

Paul’s audience is the Israelites and they that fear God -Acts 13:16

Such are accepted by him - Acts 10:35

God reveals himself to they that fear him

Psalms 25:14; Isaiah 66:2

All that hear and learn from God come to Christ

John 6:45

Being chosen to Salvation and appointed to wrath everlastingly, are things resolved and established by God before the foundation of the world, before we could do any good or evil Rom 9:11, because this resolution was before anything was created. God according to His Eternal resolutions for us, made us either to be vessels of mercy, to experience His saving mercy or made us to experience His justice and eternal wrath Rom 9:20-23 !113

In I Thessalonians, Paul joins the two doctrines together thus: “For God hath not appointed us to wrath, (as others) but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ”(5:9). In II Thessalonians, he again joins the two together in an extensive context covering the whole of chapter 2. Of the reprobate, he declares the “man of sin” the “son of perdition” would deceive the reprobate saying: “ . .. and for this cause God shall send them strong delusion that they should believe a lie: that they all might be damned who believe not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.” (Verses 11-12), and: “But we are bound to give thanks always to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit AND belief of the TRUTH: whereunto HE CALLED YOU by our gospel, to obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ” (verses 13-14). Thus, there is no escaping the truth of both election and reprobation. by scp

God has purposely sent the reprobate a strong delusion to believe a lie, that they may be damned ! Christ didnt die for such whom God is set against them believing the Truth as it is in Christ Jesus.

Absolutely ! Those who are the seed of the devil Matt. 13:38; 23:33; Ps. 37:28; 2 Pet. 3:7; John 8:44; Rom. 9:22; Jude 1:4, were already condemned John 3:18, 36, and shall have their part in the second death Matt. 25:41; Rev. 21:8; Prov16:4 !

False doctrine

Romans 9:11-12 (KJV)
11 (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;)
12 It was said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger.

Rom 9:11 concerns itself not with the eternal destinies of two individuals but service and the selection of a lineage through which God would work to bring salvation to the world

Genesis 25:21-26 (KJV)
21 And Isaac intreated the LORD for his wife, because she was barren: and the LORD was intreated of him, and Rebekah his wife conceived.
22 And the children struggled together within her; and she said, If it be so, why am I thus? And she went to enquire of the LORD.
23 And the LORD said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger.
24 And when her days to be delivered were fulfilled, behold, there were twins in her womb.
25 And the first came out red, all over like an hairy garment; and they called his name Esau.
26 And after that came his brother out, and his hand took hold on Esau's heel; and his name was called Jacob: and Isaac was threescore years old when she bare them.

But there are some for whom Christ died, whom God didnt appoint to wrath, but to obtain Salvation. Those were made by God as Vessels of Mercy. See Rom 9

Why would God send Christ to die for sinners that He created for destruction ?

Christ died for all, all men, every man, the world

none of which are synonyms for the elect
