The scripture says that He died specifically for the Sheep Jn 10. And they believe in Christ. So if a person never believes in Christ, He died not for them! So Yes He died for all Sheep
John 10 is not the only passage in the bible

He died for the sheep because he died for all men and that includes his sheep

Same thing, Christ obtained eternal redemption for all His Followers, Sheep, Believers, all others who never follow Him, Believe in Him, they were excluded , He neither loved them nor died for them, they were not of His Sheep.
