"come to know Him"--and obeying the commandments

I claimed that God told us we would know Christians by their fruits.

Matthew 7:16
Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

And I claimed not only is one known by their fruits--but they are judged in accordance with the fruits:

Matthew 7:19---King James Version
19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

IOW--no one enters into eternal life without the fruits. That blows a hole in any theology which claims one is saved prior to the fruits--which is large enough to float the Bismarck through.

Christians are saved. How did you miss that? What makes you think fruits are not in us whom He saves?

Philippians 1:6
6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Oh, that's right! It's because Christians haven'r earned eternal llife, IYO.

I agree. Christ gave us two commandments, and they both have to do with love and compassion.

Like you, I participated in the mormon temple rituals that they believe are essential to everyone’s salvation and exaltation. The death oaths, signs, symbols and penalties were evil. And satan still appears there, threatening them into obedience. Why would he want them to be obedient to mormonism?
The bit about Satan threatening the participants shows just how spiritually bankrupt the LDS is. Not only does it butcher and pervert the creation and fall into sin stories from Genesis, it has Satan threatening the participants that if they didn't keep all the covenants made in the temple, they would be in his power! Now really, how stupid can it get? WHY would Satan want to warn the participants how to stay OUT of his power? Logically, Satan would want them NOT to keep their covenants, so they would BE in his power!

Excellent, Bonnie!

Of course the fruits are present in those He saves. That was Christ's testimony in Matthew 7.

And, if that is true--then the theology claimed here by the critics is false.
You are suggesting that your so-called critics are following a false theology. Mormons teach that Mormon theology is true.

What is meant by there is no salvation outside of the church?

“Full salvation is attained by virtue of knowledge, truth, righteousness, and all true principles. Many conditions must exist in order to make such salvation available to men. Without the atonement, the gospel, the priesthood, and the sealing power, there would be no salvation. Without continuous revelation, the ministering of angels, the working of miracles, the prevalence of gifts of the spirit, there would be no salvation. If it had not been for Joseph Smith and the restoration, there would be no salvation. There is no salvation outside The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints” (Doctrines of Salvation, vol. 2, pp. 1-350).

How can there be full salvation aka eternal life in people who are outside your church without accepting your theology? According to the Book of Mormon and Doctrine and Covenants all other churches are of the devil and your missionaries are told to bring non-Mormons to Christ.
