The FBI itself has become a danger to the liberty of all Americans. They have become a highly political organization, on par with Stalin's NKVD, as they work to insure Democrat rule over the country. They are the lead organization that is protecting the Deep State and will stop at nothing to ensure its survival. I for one have no respect for them anymore.

On Friday, they got what they asked for. As it turns out, the Justice Department is conducting an investigation under the Espionage Act and other federal statutes that say highly classified government documents—especially those dealing with things like nuclear weapons—shouldn’t be removed from secure locations in favor of a resort compound in Florida. The search for documents was reportedly preceded months ago by a subpoena and visits by federal agents including the head of the DOJ’s counterintelligence and export control section. “I can’t imagine why Trump would have this material," said Neil Eggleston, former White House counsel under President Barack Obama. “It’s just hard to know why this whole battle ensued and why President Trump didn’t simply return it when he was asked for it."

The Espionage Act crime has a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison, and the catch-all offense for destroying government records carries up to three years behind bars.
The records destruction statute also states that a person found guilty “shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States,” but legal scholars have largely agreed that it’s unlikely that punishment could apply to the presidency, since the Constitution directly spells out what qualifies, or disqualifies, a person for that office." The FBI does not comment on ongoing investigations, they just leak to the lapdog press.
There is no way to know the FBI did not plant evidence seeing as how there was no oversight and they went in with backpacks. Seems they also rifled thru Melania's closet. This is far from over. We will see the results in Nov assuming the vangard of the left does not sabotage the elections.

In this kind of environment, with five to ten minutes, a quick scan, fold a copy and place in an envelope, leaving originals where they were, and with a flight plan to China on the next day is all it takes.
