Your post lacks a sentence with your thesis statement. Hence, you've essentially quoted a bunch of documents without telling us the point they are supposed to make. Are you simply trying to document that authority in Babylon was a necklace?

The Septuagint writes (εὐνοῦχος ; castrated person, eunuch) here, but the King James deceives the reader and reads officer (סריס) in Genesis but Eunuch (סריס) in Daniel in order to avoid the anachronism.

Herodotus 6:32
Then the Persian generals were not false to the threats they had made against the Ionians when they were encamped opposite them. When they had gained mastery over the cities, they chose out the most handsome boys and castrated them, making them eunuchs instead of men, and they carried the fairest maidens away to the king; they did all this, and they burnt the cities with their temples. Thus three times had the Ionians been enslaved, first by the Lydians and now twice in a row by the Persians.

Very suspicious indeed.
 
דניאל "Daniel" is a shortened form of אדניאל.
~ אדניה Adonijah דניאל Daniel = ἄδωνις, ἠίθεος + διός, θεοῦ, ἡλίου (ἀβέλιου).

Isaiah 39:1 בל־אדן ~ ἀβέλιου-ἠίθεος.

2 Samuel 11:3 - Bathsheba, the daughter of Eliam
1 Chronicles 3:5 - Bathshua the daughter of Ammiel

This same person is called אליעם and עמיאל , both are pseudo-names meaning εἴρην ἀβέλιου, but the order of the components switched.

Compare the two spellings, בת־שוע Bathshua and בת־שבע Bathsheba and שוע is the same component in ישוע, which means this name could also be ישבע and ישמע. There is no standardise dialect of the language in those ancient times.

פתבגם is actually προσφάγιον (prosphágion) ; a made dish eaten with bread or wine.

Did you know the Jews removed or censored some parts of the Book of Daniel, verse 3:46 is absent in the King James.

The Septuagint reads both these titles as ἀρχιμάγειρος "Chief-cook" , this title is found only in Plutarch.

Everyone knows that a eunich is a man who has been castrated. What is so hard about that?

castration or circumcision, its still barbaric mutilation, these practises are more apparent during the Persian Empire.

Herodotus 2.104
