The fbi whistle blower and the ex secret service agent discuss many things. 3 of them are:

1. The fbi is not what many people think. They are more an information gathering agency then a law enforcement agency. Many fbi agents manipulate the system by doing what's necessary to keep up the information gathering process in order to keep their job. (Possibly implying also to continue to get funding for the fbi)

2. Many fbi are opportunist and selfish. They do what they do to advance even if it means sacrificing agents under them. Some agents only do what they do so they can retire and get other benefits. (Possibly meaning to not also do the right thing)

3. The fbi has stop doing things that combat real threats to the country and they are told to focus on white supremacist. 1/6 has changed the fbi. He says that every agent has to go to the holocaust museum to see the law enforcement section to learn that it wouldn't have happened if law enforcement didnt comply. He said obeying orders is not an excuse. Insinuating that is what is going on now in the current Germany like political environment.
