I am curious.
Do SDAs believe in the rapture?

I believe they do.
If I'm correct they believe they will be raptured off planet earth for 1000 years with only Lucifer left on the earth (with no one to temp) . They also believe that the 2nd coming already happened and that when Jesus returns it will be either the 4th or 5th coming.

If that's what they believe...it's strange.
I would assume they're preterist???
I'm somewhat rusty on this part of their beliefs but know they acknowledge that Jesus came the first time and walked the earth. They believe the "2nd Coming" has already happened because they claim when Jesus rose from the dead literally the first thing He did was to fly up to heaven to confirm Father God accepted His sacrifice (on the cross) so once that happened when He came back and exposed himself to the apostles THAT was the 2nd Coming. I think the SDA rapture counts as the 3 coming and when Jesus comes back to earth for the general judgment where they assert the evil dead are raised from a sleep death that's the 4th coming. There may be another one in there I'm forgetting. Yeah, it's pretty strange!
