ONE Being is certainly a Self.

Don't know.
Myself does refer to The ONE God. That is what we know and all we need to know.

Genesis 22:15-16 LSB… Then the angel of Yahweh called to Abraham a second time from heaven, and said, “By Myself I have sworn, declares Yahweh, because you have done this thing and have not spared your son, your only one,


P.S.

I expect your answer will depend on whether you think “Myself” is referring to “Yahweh” or to “the Angel of Yahweh”.

It is, in this sentence, a reflexive pronoun and "refers" to "I, Yahweh."
