Evil did not ever have to exist , God could of prevented it or had another alternative so evil must be part of His perfect will.

Isn't this just Begging the Question? Aren't you just assuming evil exists? A person may determine something to be good or evil, but these are essentially just ideas which don't exist as anything other than ideas. In other words, the knowledge of good and evil isn't good or evil.
