For those who think the election in the U.S. was stolen

Don't forget what your Junior High teachers taught you in Civics class! A defendant is innocent until proven guilty.

As such, no laws have been violated until it's proven in a court of law...

Done: there have been no legal cases/rulings which establish that the PA courts have violated PA law.

Next?
Simple question...in PA are the courts allowed to establish voting laws? Does the constitution of PA allow that or does the PA constitution call for the legislation to make the voting laws?

When you actually take the time to answer the question....understand the laws...rather than following your talking heads....only then will you be able to accept the truth.

Now, if you can show me where the PA constitution grants the courts to make election laws rather than the legislation...lets see it.

Has it been proven that PA courts violated PA law?

No?

Then no law was violated.

This is basic constitutional stuff, son...
Oh, are you now saying the courts in PA didn't change the laws prior to the election? If so, then I can't continue to discuss the matter with you concerning PA.....it happened dude....

Nope! I'm saying the same thing I've already said three times so far:

Defendants are innocent until proven guilty, which means laws have not been broken until that proof has been established in a court of law.

Do you disagree?

Simple question... in PA law, is the legislature permitted to delegate to other bodies, decisions on the mechanics of running an election? Does such delegation have to be explicit, or can it be implicit?

Subsidiary question... is a realistic and proportionate remedy for any misunderstandings around such a delegation of responsibilities, the cancelling of every single vote in the state and the imposition of a different outcome from that which the voters, in good faith and according to the law as published at the time, voted for?

Provided the liberal courts...want to hear the case.....I suppose the vote stealers remain innocent.

I noticed you mentioned paid off a porn star. What arrests and convictions happened there?
Trump's fixer and lawyer Michael Cohen was convicted and is serving a prison term for this crime.

The documents dealing with this crime mention involvement of a second person, Individual One, who is clearly Trump.
Also, there was a publicly released taped discussion between Cohen and Trump in which Trump approved the payoffs.

Trump has not been charged because he is currently President.

I did not bring up the porn star. You did. It was a nothing burger. Get a life and stop with the underwear sniffing.
Using campaign funds to keep a porn star quiet about an affair with a POTUS candidate is not a nothingburger. It is a violation of campaign law and the reason Cohen was sent to prison.

So you agree: no crimes have taken place. Good.

If you're keen on insisting the election was stolen in PA, you're going to have to do more than make baseless accusations of crimes which have been rejected by the courts. It's right-and-proper to dismiss your PA accusations, because if there was any truth to them, lawyers would be bringing cases to court and winning.

However, they tried and lost - which means legally, there's no basis for claiming the PA election was stolen. You're more than welcome to believe the contrary, but every time you accuse other people of having blinders on about the subject, we'll remind you that the law (aka. truth and justice) is not on your side.

LOL. Sure I do. I'll post in response soon.

Wasn't insulting, though. Sorry if you felt that way. Not my intent. This is a discussion board and I'm just having fun. Sounds like you take this seriously. Forgive me for offending you.

Truth has prevailed, and the courts have almost universally ruled against the orange fascist's attempts to overturn a democratic election.
So you don't think there's any truth to voter fraud? Not saying the fraud is rampant enough to overturn this election (I just don't know), but democrats have been squawking about fraud in every election they didn't win for decades now. How is this different, if you don't mind me asking?

I noticed you didn't offer any refutation... and when it comes to acknowledging all of ******'s failures and scandals, sticking your fingers in your ears and screaming "LA LA LA!" is all you can do.
LOL. Funny response. I like it.
