Galuska is the Hungarian dumpling that is made the same as Spätzle. My recipe for the goulash is somewhere in the basement; it uses beef stewing meat and no tomatoes or other vegetables. I bought a Spätzle maker at a German restaurant here in America. It takes a while to make them from scratch.
Sounds yummy also.

Okay thanks. I have made goulash without tomatoes, as well. But with lots of Hungarian paprika. :)
