Your philosophy of what a divine person does or does not do has no biblical basis, it is just a figment of your imagination. The Bible clearly says that Jesus ceased to have the form of God to have the form of a slave, a man (Phil. 2:5-11). That should be enough for you to rectify... but you are stubborn, and therefore you cannot see the biblical truth, and you will be destroyed if you do not repent.
The Scripture also says that there are human beings who will share with Jesus the divine nature:
2 Pet. 1:2 May undeserved kindness and peace be increased to you by an accurate knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, 3 for his divine power has granted us all the things that contribute to life and godly devotion through the accurate knowledge of the One who called us by his own glory and virtue. 4 Through these things he has granted us the precious and very grand promises, so that through these you may become sharers in divine nature, having escaped from the world’s corruption produced by wrong desire.
1 John 3:2 Beloved ones, we are now children of God, but it has not yet been made manifest what we will be. We do know that when he is made manifest we will be like him, because we will see him just as he is. 3 And everyone who has this hope in him purifies himself, just as that one is pure.
