GSA Designates Biden President Elect

So this designation occurred yesterday yet the press 1), and the leftists 2), and the Biden campaign itself 3) has been calling Biden "President Elect" for a couple of weeks now. This is in spite of the fact that Biden himself specifically pledged not to do that.

Question: Will any of these malefactors issue a mea culpas for this abuse of our electoral system? If so which ones?

It sounds like the General Services Administration is a bunch of unelected bureaucrats having no more authority to designate president-elect than does the media.

This was an artifice of the 2000 election where Republicans thought that George W. Bush was rushed in this time line for transition. Given that everyone in his cabinet had been in other administrations for decades the cure was probably worse than the malady. And it certainly appears to be that way in this case. Everyone mentioned for a position in the Biden cabinet is a dyed in the wool first rank swamp creature impossibly compromised by their prior serviced.

There is the bright side. Bigger and better jobs for elite Washington.
A lot is contingent on what happens in Georgia. If Georgia falls we are in deep doo doo. The left does not play by Marcus of Queensbury rules.
Georgia, the last stand?

Votes without signatures, witnesses and dates. Ballots received before they were mailed?
Yes, well when it comes to voting our Democrat friends are very pragmatic. Casting the votes and counting the votes is all part of one big sculpture, if you will. They do a very good job of keeping in mind what it has to look like when it's all over.

The left with all its talk on diversity is not big on viewpoint diversity. ;)

Yeah, and I expect it will not be decided by a judge in Georgia. So if Barrett, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, and Thomas vote to hear an appeal that would be enough even without Alito and Roberts. You just need four justices to vote to hear the appeal. Alito may very well want to hear an appeal as well but I've given up trying to figure out Roberts.

No but they seem to be very sold on diversity based on non-behavioral attributes like complexion. But that does raise a question. If it's bad for Caucasians to expropriate cultural distinctives like blues or Jazz for example, why is it okay for males to expropriate the gender of females? Perhaps we have some intersectionality experts on this forum who can explain that to me.
