Heart Criteria for Heaven and Hell

What would be a heart criteria for those that end up in heaven why a true doctrinal libertarian (whether a synergist, Arminian, provisionist, etc) would end up in heaven,

... and what would be a heart criteria for those that end up in hell why a true doctrinal predeterminist/Calvinist would end up in hell?

My minimal baseline for salvation is the Holy Spirit making real the knowledge that God sent a perfect man Jesus to suffer for one's sins and maintaining trust in that.

The atonement of Christ is so strong, that beyond that, I think all doctrinal sin is forgiven pretty much, but this minimum requirement must be met.

Faithfulness, enduring till the end, finishing the race , bearing fruit as per 1 Cor 13, Gal 5:22-23.

But first before the above one must be born again by believing the gospel and repentance.

yr still spiritually dead or you have already been made Spiritually alive

Believing is the result of repentance (change of mind)
and is the condition of salvation
anything more supposed required is just a false edition to

putting Spirit within you and giving new heart is God's doing
Salvation is God's doing

Now the biblical answer is God loved everyone as John 3:16 says and the atonement was provided for all 1 John 2:2. Man has a free will to choose to love God in return and receive Christ or reject Him . It’s as simple as that . God doesn’t send anyone to hell that’s man’s choice .
Eh, problems with that theology....what if a man hears a convincing argument there is no God and sin to be punished for...dies and then goes to hell..can he blame the person who convinced him there is no God, no sin...and no need for redemption?

That damns billions of people who have never heard.
Rom 10:14 How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching?

Again, I believe most of mankind (all of history) have known this.

No man as a result of sin and rebellion . Self inflicted .
Yes, it is self inflicted, but it was God who put the tree in the garden and then told Adam to not eat of it and if he did he would die.

No special tree in the garden, no command to not eat of it, and bang, condemnation gone.

"Heart criteria" has no meaning.

What's necessary is to have been "Born Again" BY FAITH (Eph 2:8,9) in the Sin offering of Jesus Christ on he cross. (John 3:3).

You may want to investigate what's going on among the Islamics in their own countries.
