How is a person made righteous before God?

And my post was not directed to you.

If that is the determination of a desire to quarrel and dig for a fight

how is that not a double standard to not apply the same to yourself ?

so are you quarreling and digging for a fight because my post was not directed to you ?
Yep, you're digging for a fight with anyone. My point was to show you how you were acting.

Now, is that what you were doing?

Yes.

Look elsewhere for a fight.

Have you failed to apply your standard to yourself ?

Yes it seems you have.

The fact is anyone can object to an implied distortion of what another stated.

Except the question was

OF course!! I RESISTED it many times - before the last time.

nothing to do with choosing to have God reveal truth
Nope the question "Tell me, was it your will to get saved or was it God's will to save you":

Still nothing there about him willing God to reveal himself to him

His post stated nothing about that

His words

My will of course. No Question about that. OF course it was GOD'S WILL to give me the CHOICE, and the FAITH to "Get 'er done". SO a collaborative process to be sure.

I COULD have blown Him off the last time too, BUT - since Repenting / being Born Again is ONLY possible under CONVICTION, and it had been a LONG time since He'd Convicted me the last time, and I was afraid that I wouldn't survive long enough for Him to do it again (or maybe He wouldn't do it again), and I'd be eternally LOST. So I surrendered, and cried out to Him.

I know what he wrote. His answer was not what I asked.....
So what about you false teacher?
Did you choose to get saved?

For clarity, was it your will to get saved or was it God's will to save you.......

Did he?

Why then is he regenerated if his resisting was successful?

His words

Admit it was irresistible ?

OF course!! I RESISTED it many times - before the last time.

He stated it was resisted many times

2 Truly I know that it is so:
But how can a man be in the right before God?
3 If one wished to contend with him,
one could not answer him once in a thousand times.
4 He is wise in heart and mighty in strength
—who has hardened himself against him, and succeeded?—

You see verse 4 above?

I know false teachers teach that the gospel is fully revealed to each and every person and that they merely have to choose to do the right thing and then receive blessing and grace and accolades.

False teachers also teach that when God reveals the gospel you can harden yourself against Him, and succeed!
Depends on what you mean by succeed

that men have hardened themselves against God is the clear testimony of scripture

Acts 28:27 (KJV 1900)
27 For the heart of this people is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes have they closed; lest they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.

2 Thessalonians 2:10 (ESV)
10 and with all wicked deception for those who are perishing, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.

Acts 7:51 (ESV)

51 “You stiff-necked people, uncircumcised in heart and ears, you always resist the Holy Spirit. As your fathers did, so do you.

Hebrews 4:2 (ESV)
2 For good news came to us just as to them, but the message they heard did not benefit them, because they were not united by faith with those who listened.

I knew the best you could do is try and discredit scripture.... "It depends on what YOU mean by....." Lol

Tell us, did the other poster succeed in his hardening.
Tell us where is your proof that those hardened hardened themselves.....

Typical. It's like asking God how He can find fault if His will cannot be resisted...

Even when posting clear scripture that shows it, all you do is try and change the meaning of words.

You really have a bad theology where man is exalted above God for being able to thwart the will of God at every turn.
Again nothing but rhetoric

Grace is not irresistible

Acts 7:51 (KJV)
51 Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye.

Hebrews 3:15 (KJV)
15 While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.

Hebrews 4:7 (KJV)
7 Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.

2 Thessalonians 2:10 (ESV)
10 and with all wicked deception for those who are perishing, because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.

Romans 1:18-21 (ESV)
18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth.
19 For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them.
20 For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse.
21 For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened.

You condemn yourself

No, you cut out the scripture presented, pretend it says something else, and change the premise to a false one...

We can all see through your deplorable tactics.

Why?
Why do I have to keep pointing out your false premise you project onto scripture.

I am not interested in showing it every time you post.
You keep cutting out scripture, pretend it does not exist and then post a wall of other scriptures.
