Reminds me of a story .....

I had been just "recently converted". ccough ...cough ....

Anyway .....

Some of the people in the congregation, were discussing what they had seen on a WoF type video.

The story was about a boy that went out from the house.

And when he came home, . his mother asked him were have you been?

His reply was ... he was talking to a snake.


And this is where I kind of got crieped out.

"They" were saying ......".he will be so special".

I was like a little kid goes out in the yard and talks to a snake.

I'm thinking that is a problem ........

But no ..... they said, "he will be so special"
.
I was dismayed .... I did not understand.

they seemed to think a child going out doors and talking to a snake was a good thing.

I was more like ..... how is that a good thing?

For me...the kid was found.

...and obedience is a good thing. His obedience is not up to me, but mine is, and I still struggle sometimes.
