Many rapists escape punishment and I have never heard of one being put to death. Children who are conceived as a result of rape are often put to death, even by those who are otherwise opposed to abortion.

I rented office space in a high rise office building for my companies. The Bank built the building and after mergers sold the building and "rented" a few floors for offices. I rented surplus space from the Bank because they moved departments to other cities.

I leased from the Bank and the bank leased from "Dallas".

I read both one inch thick leases.

The leases had serious and explicit "peaceful enjoyment" clauses.
