Is a pandemic treaty being made with the W.H.O. to handle misinformation?

So no substantive content just insults

Well, if you want something substantive then you could consider the legal defence used by Fox News, and then echoed by a federal judge in a case where Carlson was accused of slander:

US District Judge Mark Kay Vyskocil's opinion based on Fox's lawyers arguments: "'general tenor' of the show should then inform a viewer that [Carlson] is not 'stating actual facts' about the topics he discusses and is instead engaging in 'exaggeration' and 'non-literal commentary.' "

"Fox persuasively argues, that given Mr. Carlson's reputation, any reasonable viewer 'arrive
with an appropriate amount of skepticism' about the statement he makes."

Or, in other words he talks out of his sphincter, and any reasonable person should be able to see that he does.

Like I said I do not watch Carlson.

They lie. They make claims not backed with science.

Tedros is trash and has no M.D. degree.
