is God immutable

If we imagine the mind exists forever then immutable love is forever.
Then the human mind would be uncreated, by the Kalaam argument.

An immutable mind would never be able to change, so the human mind would not be able to remember anything, since memory changes with time. I can remember what I had for breakfast today; I cannot yet remember what I will have for breakfast tomorrow. I will only be able to remember that some time tomorrow.

I never said the mind is immutable. Read again. I said love can be immutable. A mutable mind can have immutable characteristics like love.

You are reifying. Love is a mental state inside a mind; it is not a separate entity apart from the mind. If the mind does not exist then the love does not exist.

And why is that not an answer to your original question? The word immutable is often applied to abstract concepts like love, justice, equity, the past, and many others. Because things you can see and touch like bodies, buildings, or artwork decay or change in some way.

Justice changes. It used to be a crime to have believe in the 'wrong' version of Christianity. Now it isn't a crime. Merely because something is an abstract concept does not make it immutable. You need to show more than that.

I will rephrase as you are not getting the message. Abstract concepts like love/justice/equity can be immutable. I never said abstract concepts are immutable.

Yes, justice can be (not is) immutable. But I rather not argue about that here so we can strike it off the list.

You haven't disclosed that anything I've said is not a valid answer to your question.

That I will allow, on a case-by-case basis. However, immutability is a very restrictive property which impacts on many aspects of the immutable entity.

Well, a restrictive property isn't necessarily a bad thing. For example, not breaking a promise is a restriction. You can trust someone with that as an immutable characteristic to always make the best effort in keeping promises. Relationships with that person will have much less drama compared to others.
