Yes He was. His soul was begotten like ours and His body was human. As a man He functioned as a man subject to the pulls of the flesh. He received the Holy Spirit at His baptism as a man and functioned as a Spirit-filled man. His life source/spirit is the Holy Spirit and that did not interfere in HIs function as a man like us, but it is essential in imparting the Holy Sprit to us. Yes, His Spirit that gave Him life as a man is God's Holy Spirit. He received the outpouring of Holy Spirit as a man would at His baptism. He was the first man to receive the out pouring, and He operated in the Spirit just as we do now. The Holy Spirit is omnipresent and can be in more than one place at a time, as Jesus life source and also the the Holy Spirit that the Father operated through in His Son. John the Baptist recognized Jesus' divinity and knew He did not need to be baptized, but Jesus had to identify with man and that is why He received the Holy Spirit at His baptism.
Souls are persons. The word means the same thing.

Then you agree God is one soul since he has a singular soul like we see in Jer. 5:9 “Shall I not visit for these things? saith Yahweh; and shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?
Yahweh is Yahweh with needing to be united to anyone or anything. You’re making a case for Jesus as a god but not Yahweh. And Isaiah 42:1 clearly states Jesus is the servant OF Yahweh not Yahweh himself.

Jesus' begotten soul unified with His body makes Him fully human. His Holy Spirit unified with His soul makes Him fully God.
