Joe Rogan Victim Of Cancel Culture? Spotify Caves to the Viewpoint Censorship Crowd ?

More than 70 episodes of Joe Rogan's podcast have reportedly been pulled from Spotify amid an ongoing controversy regarding COVID-19 misinformation and racial slurs used by the podcast host.

The episodes of The Joe Rogan Experience have been quietly taken off the platform, according to a new report from JREMissing.com, an online tool that tracks missing content.
------------------------------------------------

Don't know what episodes and their reasoning of what Joe will do if true. More importantly, what we can do to push back against viewpoint discrimination.

I just saw a report on the news. Someone made a compilation of Rogan using the N-word over and over.
Not a good look for Rogan or for Spotify.

Context is important, however, so it would be worth seeing the relevant podcasts.

I must have missed where you came to the defense of Whoopi Goldberg for her cancel experience.

Will you link to it please?

Biden fauchee, CDC are the official sources of misinformation.
If misinformation is the metric then why selectively applied? There is plenty of misinformation to go around. It sounds like misinformation is the pretext and viewpoint discrimination is the goal. Spotify could be caving to outside pressure.

Misinformation? Why is this video still up if misinformation is the metric?

All except one of the episodes were recorded before the coronavirus pandemic took off in the United States, which makes it unlikely their removal was linked to Rogan’s dubious claims about Covid-19. (What about the dubious claims in the above youtube?)

It was Rogan’s decision to remove the episodes after consulting with Spotify, Bloomberg reported.

So? As you say, context is important. We can hear the N word anytime by going to youtube songs.
Not a good look for Rogan or for Spotify.
Rogan is laughing all the way to the bank. Rogan has the audience. That is a fact and that means they do not care about all these other criticisms from 2nd stringers.
Context is important, however, so it would be worth seeing the relevant podcasts.
Actually, they are listening to them more than watching and i might suggest you start with Robert Malone MD and Peter A McCullough MD MPH. They are still up there along with the Alex Berenstein interview and all the financial damage Twitter censorship has caused him. It gets really interesting, legally when victims can show damage in court for banning.

Well that is just sickening.

Apologize and get back in line?

Are you arguing that people should be allowed to profit from lying to people, even if the lies result in disease and death?

They do all the time. Besides, lying is legal unless under oath.
even if the lies result in disease and death?
That happened under Fauci lies and omissions. Like i wrote before and you ignored, listen to Malone and McCullough interviews. It was Fauci who funded the Wuhan lab which was the origin of the Frankenstein virus. Speaking of disease and death. The novel C-19 spkie protein proves that.

There is no evidence either for or against the Wuhan lab origin of the covid virus.

No. There are plenty of instances in which lying can be illegal. After all, Sarah Palin is suing the NYT, claiming they lied about her.

Yes there is. Overwhelming evidence of lab leak. In your case, you cannot find what you are not looking for. 😏 It is the novel C-19 spike protein and previous history of precurser spike protein inserted by bat lady at Wuhan lab funded by Fauci under violations or restrictions placed under Obama.... location etc. There is no natural evidence of zoonotic origin. The Chinese were not afraid of being infected by bats collecting samples in caves hundreds of miles from Wuhan.

Asia Times

As such in October 2014, because of public health concerns, the US government banned all federal funding on efforts to weaponize three viruses – influenza, Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS) and severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS).

In the face of a moratorium in the US, Dr Anthony Fauci – the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and currently the leading doctor in the US Coronavirus Task Force – outsourced in 2015 the GOF research to China’s Wuhan lab and licensed the lab to continue receiving US government funding.

Under oath, otherwise lying is legal.
After all, Sarah Palin is suing the NYT, claiming they lied about her.
The court will determine that. Not you.

As a Christian I note that lying, deliberately telling an untruth, is wrong.

Are you supporting the pulling of the programs? Maybe it could be a help to try and convince people not to use the word or to have discriminatory identity politics like race?
Who gets to decide what speech should be banned?
