Judge restores DACA, orders DHS to accept applications

The Trump administration attempted to end DACA, but this ruling directs DHS to announce they are accepting new applications by Monday. This could increase the number of people in DACA by 300,000.

Chad Wolf, the acting head of DHS, had previously tried to limit DACA work permits to one year instead of two, but this same judge said he could not do that as his appointment at DHS was not legal.

It should also be noted that last June the Supreme Court overturned Trump's attempt to terminate DACA, concluding it was done in an arbitrary and capricious manner, in violation of the Administrative Procedure Act. In response, Trump said he would ignore the ruling. So much for Trump's claim of supporting law and order...

This is their "prize" for illegals voting for Joe Dementia.

But you still are a bundle of excuses on Big Ears Dynasty building cages.

Some people...sheeple...love to watch America slip into the dark.

The USA has a front door. Some people choose to climb in through the rear window...and USA tax-payers have to pick up the tab.

People BROUGHT into the country as children had no say in how they entered. They grew up to be productive, contributing members of society. To kick them out of the only country many of them have ever known over something they didn't choose or control is wrong.

As pointed out, the people in this program have jobs, are in school, or are in the military. These are productive people and they don't need to be "taken in". We should welcome them.
What part is Trump looking at?

I have many German relatives that settled in Mexico. With crime and a falling Peso many want to come here. They settled in Mexico and never in America. They know how Port of entry works from when they visited.

Why do I have to "take one in"? Most dreamers are PRODUCTIVE members of society. Why do you want to kick people out just because they were BROUGHT in illegally as children?
What about dreamers who are veterans, do you want to deport them, too?
