I'm a Democrat and we elected Old Joe for the Statue Quo. He is obviously a moderate, despite how the right tries to paint him as a radical communist.

I think the reason Trump did as well in the election as he did was because the extremists on the left behaved so repugnant last Summer. They rioted through my city and my black friends, mostly business owners and leaders in the community, wanted nothing to do with them.

What really turned me off was how anyone who dared even suggest that breaking windows and burning down businesses was a bad thing was labeled a racist and had their lives destroyed on social media. I saw this several times.

I don't want anyone on my side who uses flippant accusations of racism to win arguments and destroy lives. It's as bad as casually lableling someone a pedophile.

We Democrats do not support the radical left, and Republicans need to stand up and denounce the radical right.
