Generally, genetically sub-Saharan Africans who are white suffer from vitiligo. That may not be 100% rule. My anthropology professor in college got his PhD for work that he did in Madagascar. And he said he ran into a native there that looked just like him, except he was wearing a loincloth and carrying a spear. And he happen to be white. North Africans are genetically a little different. And of course Afrikaner are genetically Dutch for the most part. But as it pertains to Jesus he has two very famous relative who we know were redheads. King David was a redhead, and so was Esau the brother of Jacob. White is by no means a scientific designation, but colloquially most people call natural redheads white.
