Wrong. So much wrong in such a short post. You really should not trust the Daily Fail to print anything truthfully. Non-criminal hate speech exists and is correctly recorded in many cases, just not in this one. Dbs checks rarely take note of even criminal offences by children. For adults, the purpose of DBS checks is to flag up those unsuitable for working with vulnerable people. Hate speech, whether criminal or not, is such an indicator. It is not Marxism to refuse to employ bullies where they have easy access to vulnerable potential victims.
