Church of England appoints Rachel Mann as first transgender Archdeacon

[Rachel Mann describes itself as a "lesbian and trans woman" - I won't inflict its photo on you]

The novelist, poet and vicar [no skills in theology then] has been appointed to the senior position in a move described by LGBT+ campaigners as a 'beacon of hope'

[I would say not 'hope' but vain optimism - what 'hope' can they have if a trangender priest is the solution?]

She [It] said that she [it] is “humbled and excited” to take on the new role and asked for prayers as she [it] takes on this “demanding and hope-filled role”.

In an interview with The Telegraph in 2020, the Archdeacon, who is also a novelist, poet, vicar, and regular contributor to BBC radio and television, particularly on Radio 4’s Thought for the Day [no skills in theology then], said she [it] has “become very relaxed about my identity” [as a minister of satan] as Christian traditionalists questioned whether or not she [it] could be regarded as a priest at all.

.
.

Accepting the appointment, Revd Canon Dr Rachel Mann said: “I am humbled and excited as to have been called to become the new Archdeacon of Bolton and Salford.

[Its doctoral thesis was titled "The representation of fecundity and barrenness in the poetry of Elizabeth Barrett Browning, Christina Rossetti, and the Bible: a critical and creative interrogation of a Christian-feminist poetics", and was completed in 2017.]

“I am passionate about helping individuals and communities meet Jesus and follow him and I look forward to serving alongside the people in the Archdeaconries of Bolton and Salford as we respond to God’s joyous call on our lives. [but as it has no intention of responding to God's call to repent she is hypocrite indeed]

“Please do pray for me as I step forward into this demanding and hope-filled role and be assured of my prayers in the weeks, months and years to come.”

The Bishop of Manchester, the Rt Revd Prof David Walker, said he was “delighted” at the new appointment in his diocese, adding: “Her personal gifts, including as a writer, poet, liturgist and broadcaster [no skills in theology then] will combine with her new responsibilities, to help the people of this generation know and love Jesus Christ.” [persecution does bring a person closer to Christ - may be that's why a trans was selected]

Responding to the appointment, Jayne Ozanne, a prominent gay evangelical Christian [follower of satan] and member of General Synod, the Church’s legislative body, said: “I am absolutely thrilled to hear the good news of Rachel’s appointment [so the good news is now no longer Christ's gospel but the promotion of LGBT] as the new Archdeacon of Salford and Bolton.

“Rachel is an exceptionally talented priest, and the Church [?] of England is very lucky to have the benefit of her experience as a gifted leader, writer, poet and broadcaster [no skills in theology then]

“As our first senior member of the clergy who happens to be trans, I know her appointment will be a beacon of light and hope to all within the LGBT+ community and beyond who are worried about the impact of the divisive culture wars that are being waged by a small but powerful minority” [she doesn't know that only a remnant will be saved and that she isn't of the remnant.]

"Mann belongs to the modern Catholic tradition of the Church of England, though she [it] was brought up an Evangelical-Charismatic Christian. Mann is also a contributor to Fear and Friendship: Anglicans Engaging With Islam (Continuum 2012) and several books on liturgical theology, including Presiding Like a Woman (SPCK 2010). Well, actually it has already began.....the bible speaks of a falling away....this is just one part of it.

If Rachel Mann truly is born again....I don't think Rachel Mann would be taking such a position.

But satan is undoubtedly very pleased with the decision.

Supposedly not since coming to 'faith' was about his 'gender identity'

You're perfectly right to condemn these horrendous things. I attend an Episcopal Church in Florida, but I only go to the Latino Mass. Latinos do not share these apostate views. The Church is dying, and will probably collapse in twenty years - the only group with children are the Latinos. They will survive, and hopefully cleanse the Episcopal Church of its hideou heresies. God has always preserved a remnant.

So I was confirmed in the CofE way back, gradually ceased to believe (I has a liberal vicar) and then in a sound CofE church came to faith in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour through revelation from the Holy Spirit

Now of course I have left the CofE and disassociated from it.

However before I left I attempted to contribute to contribute to the LLF (Living in Love and Faith) On the website as I started, it collected information (and I think it required this to continue but I may be wrong) and asked what is my 'gender identity'.
As there is no such thing as 'gender identity' even in science let alone God's word. Obviously not prepared to answer a lie I wrote to the
Enabling Officer – Living in Love and Faith of the Archbishops' Council Central Secretariat.
I was thanked for my email and my comments were apparently passed on.
Nonetheless nothing happened. The process excluded me from it
When I now listen to the Bishops and clergy at synod referring to lgbt people I realise that is all the CofE will soon have, it is an LGBT church worshiping lgbt and cursing people with the delusion it has anything to do with Jesus.

Personally I would have suggested the fire and brimstone approach would have been more warranted rather than the softly-softly. And he didn't say who the "blessings" would be a curse on. Actually a curse on the one who utters them, because they are blasphemous. Those to whom they are uttered are already cursed.

Yes obviously fire and brimstone was what was wanted. Perhaps I should have kept gping back to.get them to withdraw that question. Certainly I can and will tell everyone LLF excluded me.

I heard this week a vicar say her congregation mostly supported SSM. So that is her fault for not teaching them. Its not what she or they think, its what God says.

The CofE release responds to statements made by Christian Concern that the Church of England’s Valuing All God’s Children (VAGC) guidance states that “children as young as five should be affirmed if they want to identify as the opposite gender.” The CofE states “this is simply false.” This statement is on a page specifically addressing issues for CofE primary schools, and therefore the treatment of pupils as young as five years old.

"The paragraph states that children as young as five “should be supported to accept their own gender identity.” It also states that transgender issues “may be mentioned as a fact in some people’s lives.” The next paragraph goes on to make this even clearer by saying “Children should be at liberty to explore the possibilities of who they might be without judgement or derision.” This section cannot be read as anything other than advocating for affirming children as young as five if they wish to identify as the opposite gender."
[source]
It is clear that the CofE can no longer be relied on to distinguish right from wrong, or teach right from wrong, whether to children or adults. It is a wicked institution.

Great spot. So the CofE are either oblivious to what they are actually publishing and practicing, or they are lying.

Chaplain at £40,000-a-year Trent College was reported to counter-terror police after telling pupils they should question LGBT ideology in the same way they did Brexit

The Reverend Dr Bernard Randall told pupils at Trent College they were allowed to question LGBT+ issues in the same way as they did Brexit, and claimed telling students they must accept them was akin to saying they 'must be Muslim'.

Rev Randall, 51, who previously worked at Trinity College, Cambridge, was referred to the government's anti-radicalisation programme before being made redundant in 2020. His referral to Prevent was later dismissed as it found there was 'no counter terrorism risk, or risk of radicalisation' in Rev Randall's message.
.
.
.
It came after the school began working with an organisation called Educate & Celebrate (E&C) - which the Church of England cites as an approved resource - which aimed to help 'develop a whole-school LGBT+ inclusive curriculum'.

[source]

So here we see the CofE working with LGBT grooming organizations to infect its schools with LGBT ideology, directly contrary to biblical morals. If this "church" is not the church of satan, I don't know what would be. The CofE "man of sin" stands in the place of God.

Well they have done for some time. A vicar who happened to have a degree in biology from Oxford University was a governor at church of england school.
Mermaids, a transactivist group did a training session for staff and governors.
The vicar pointed out the errors and was silenced by Stephen Cotterall the now Archbishop of York.
