My socialism does NOT depend on "other people's money". That would be capitalism via taxes.
Everyone keeps asking what my socialist Utopia is. I've posted in many, many times and still have yet to hear any real counter arguments, other then mocking by the capitalists that will lose the most from this system,
1). we must claim global Default on all National debts world wide.
It's ok for the little guy to lose his investments and pensions to bankruptcy. Lets see how the Ultra rich like it.
2). Set up a global body(elected by the people) that creates and regulates money. Interest and tax free.
Think about it. A global body would be able to create money for things/people like pensioners, a universal health care, infrastructure, cops, fire department, education, all FREE or affordable. Without the use of taxes or debt.
Government employees, welfare recipients(basic income), Disability, etc.. No longer supported by taxation and the people. And paid for by the government with its constitutional right to print money.
Basically eliminating the need to collect taxes.......
We might have to start by giving individual countries the right to make their own money(as dictated by the US constitution) and boot out private bankers.
3). create a one world currency that eliminates monetary inflation. Simply because you can print endless currency without effecting the value of the currency.
Therefore national debt could reach the roof and it wouldn't matter, though they(global body) would still regulate for careless spending of states/countries.
4) Nationalize/eventually globalize all industry. Owned by the people for the people and managed by elected representatives. Effectively ending much corruption.
No more superiors with power over you. For you to be fired you must be voted out by your co-workers. Think about it. Remove the middle men means things for cheaper, lower cost of living. Less work, more vacation time, earlier retirement, more time with loved ones.
5) To encourage entrepreneurial ship? Any entrepreneurs with a new idea, pitch the idea to the Gov. If the Gov likes it? It supplies everything needed, all capital, buildings, machinery, anything. Though it is always property of the Gov. You are given a certain amount of time to manage your company and become successful(Your Idea will expire like a patent). And then the Government will assume total control and the entrepreneur will have enough money to live comfortably for the rest of their lives.
In Capitalism we pay for everything(the price is added to the product)and in the end, the capitalist owns it. Not fair.
(By the way. Dragons den got this idea from me.) Except if you watch the show? Investor greed still impedes entrepreneurs....
The question is???? How do you implement it. Well it would have to start with countries and then spread to countries that are willing to join. Who wouldn't want to join such a utopia that would obliviate poverty and suffering and wipe every tear away?
Effectively defaulting on the country's loans and removing the economic shackles that have been unjustly placed on us.
P.S. for this system to succeed, it must be a global revolution as the aristocracy that rules your world is global in nature.
The question is... will the rich submit peacefully or resist violently.

My Socialist Utopia wouldn't consist of long hours. I'd also have more vacation time and earlier retirement(45?). Making more jobs available. The trick is to lower the cost of living so people don't have to do that and in order to do that, you have to remove the middle man. The capitalist.

Once the middleman is removed? The cost of things is determined by how much the laborer wants to charge and how much the consumer wants to spend. Once you remove the Unions, and the Stock holders, and the capitalists, the Insurers and the bankers, and taxes, ect... EVERYTHING will be MUCH cheaper.

My socialism you are allowed to own property(your own home), just not private business(other than the one I explained above). And everyone does NOT get the same pay, and you can get raises and work your way up, just like in capitalism.
