Justice Department Announces Largest Health Care Fraud Settlement in Its History​

Pfizer to Pay $2.3 Billion for Fraudulent Marketing​

WASHINGTON – American pharmaceutical giant Pfizer Inc. and its subsidiary Pharmacia & Upjohn Company Inc. (hereinafter together "Pfizer") have agreed to pay $2.3 billion, the largest health care fraud settlement in the history of the Department of Justice, to resolve criminal and civil liability arising from the illegal promotion of certain pharmaceutical products, the Justice Department announced today.
Pharmacia & Upjohn Company has agreed to plead guilty to a felony violation of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act for misbranding Bextra with the intent to defraud or mislead. Bextra is an anti-inflammatory drug that Pfizer pulled from the market in 2005. Under the provisions of the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, a company must specify the intended uses of a product in its new drug application to FDA. Once approved, the drug may not be marketed or promoted for so-called "off-label" uses – i.e., any use not specified in an application and approved by FDA. Pfizer promoted the sale of Bextra for several uses and dosages that the FDA specifically declined to approve due to safety concerns. The company will pay a criminal fine of $1.195 billion, the largest criminal fine ever imposed in the United States for any matter. Pharmacia & Upjohn will also forfeit $105 million, for a total criminal resolution of $1.3 billion.

They are not the only company covicted of bribery and it does not say much about doctors. So what you have proved is one cannot trust drug companies or doctors.

The allegation that doctors are being bribed by various pharmaceutical companies to prescribe their branded product is no secret. In fact, the sham which has been around for years has neither been rejected by doctors nor denied by the companies – which makes one ponder all the more.

A letter dated July 8, addressed to the Minister of Health under the letterhead of the Pharma Promoters Association laid bare information regarding the stakes Indian pharmaceutical companies have in the racket.

The letter states that immediate action should be undertaken to implement the National Drug Policy because doctors were in the business of collecting money from companies to prescribe their medications, ranging from Rs. 200 000 to Rs. 1 million per product per annum.

Personally I've noticed Tucker is about a month late on what he reports. I've often said...'bout time you're saying that Tucker. Maybe Tucker is waiting for positive conformation.
As with Mike Adams his info comes from doctors, scientist, virologist etc. He often questions what he hears. But for some reason you like to attack the platform rather than what is actually being said.

So why should I believe Tucker, when he calls the highest ranking officer in the country a "stupid pig" and only showed a snippet of Milley's interview? And is known for exaggeration and sensationalism, as even his own lawyers admit?

You didn't look at it closely enough....big difference between the air flow WITH a properly worn mask and without it. One would have to be willfully blind not to see the difference!

But again, masks are designed to be a barrier to prevent droplets that contain the virus from escaping--NOT to cut off air flow. Oxygen and CO2 molecules are far smaller than saliva and nasal mucous droplets.

I pray you make the right decision for you. I think the nurses should be applauded for their hard work and bravery. I do not understand our society that puts more value on sports people than real heroes eg nurses, doctors, firemen, teachers, event the cleaners in hospitals these days.

I will add that in this country it was a disgrace that nurses and others were warned not to wear their outfits in public. All I can say is what is wrong with people.

In the interview, Bridle says that the spike proteins generated by the vaccines don’t stay in the shoulder muscle, but spread and are “causing so much damage in other parts of the bodies of the vaccinated.” But Dr. Adam Ratner, a pediatric infectious disease specialist at NYU Langone Health, said that vaccines are mostly concentrated at the site of injection or the local lymph nodes.

“What was said in the radio show was completely inaccurate,” Ratner said.

Bridle mentions a study of 13 health care workers that he said confirmed that the spike in protein was found in their blood. But experts say they found nothing of concern from that same study, which was conducted by researchers at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and appeared in the journal Clinical Infectious Diseases in May.

Bridle left out key details of the study, which relied on an ultrasensitive detection tool, said Matchett, of University of Minnesota.

“The spike became undetectable by 14 days after the first dose of the vaccine,” Matchett said of the study. “After the second dose, they could not detect the spike protein in the blood of any of the participants because the participants had all generated anti-spike antibodies.”
