But since murder is pre-meditated killing of another human being, it should be illegal like in some countries
So is execution.
So is police use of lethal force.
So are battlefield killings in legally-declared war.

Should all these things be illegal as well?

Murder is illegal premeditated killing.
Saying that abortion should be illegal is to say that it should be murder, not that it is murder.

CARM is located in America. Most of could care less about the state of the law in the UK. Their ideas on this subject are monstrous. Void of humanity or a scintilla of care for the victims.
The Internet is not located in America. A great many posters here are not American or located in America. Parochial xenophobia has no place here.

Get with reality. You dont recognise the killing of the entity you call the foetus whereas the law here recognises that entity as an unborn son. This law values the human being whereas you like laws that dont. You are not open minded to see other people's points of fact.
Totally untrue. I have said no such thing. In fact I have said the opposite, that it is for every society to determine its own laws. That doesn't prevent anyone from expressing an opinion on the content of those laws, this being an opinion board. You should spend less time making up false stories about other people's opinions.

You need to stop saying totally untrue to everything. This has been pointed out to you before. In Florida they referred to the unborn son. That isnt totally untrue then it is.

What is totally untrue is what you say my position is. I am asking you to stop being dishonest about me, not about what you are saying about Florida.

The thrust of the... argument(?) seems to be the idea that murder is some sort of moral term, not a legal one.

The mistaken idea.
I could accept that. "Abortion is as bad as murder" is a coherent, if in my personal view a mistaken, point of view. "Abortion Is murder" is not just stupid nonsense, but also devalues any real mileage in the pro-life position. There is a real debate to be had around abortion, with strongly held and valid views on both sides. "Abortion is murder" just signals that the speaker is not worth engaging with seriously.

Other way around - where it is murder, it is illegal - but yes.

And where it is legal, it is NOT murder, yes?
You are still to stipulate to this point...
Since the definition of murder is unlawful pre-meditated killing, and pro-choice abortion is pre-meditated killing, then where its illegal it meets all the criteria of the definition.
