Hello, former
I suspect that you may be a veteran, like me. Because my disability is permanent and service-connected, the VA provides mw with a monthly grand and pays for all my medical care. They also have several apps that are free; I saw one for PTSD, but I have no opinion because I have not used it. But in attempting to use other stuff they have, I found some of their "help" heavily infused with Yoga-stuff and Buddhist-like "being present" . Therefore, be aware if you use them. They mean well, but are secular-minded people.
If you have an injury, or a chronic condition such as ALS please contact the PVA. The Paralyzed Veterans of America is a veterans' service organization in the United States of America, founded in 1946. I use the guy in Syracuse, and he is excellent.
Don't be ashamed of asking for help. We went to war, all of us gave something, others gave much, and some gave all. When you think of it, taking care of yourself during the time of crisis, is not being weak. Instead, it is taking care of the body God gave to you, honoring Christ in the process.
