I tend to use the bible commentaries on biblehub. They've got a good selection.

Making sure I find the proper historical cultural context of every scripture I study.

Personally, I don't bother with any of that, since it's all based on "Scholarship", which really isn't all that trustworthy.

Strong's Concordance.
Systematic Theology, an introduction to Biblical Doctrines by Wayne Grudem
Blue Letter Bible App; Interlinear, Translation Comparison, Commentaries, Cross References, Dictionaries.
