Relative trying to steal inheritance

My grandfather left us some money when he died several years ago but an uncle named Henry is trying to take his position as Trustee and steal a lot of it, and is putting constant legal roadblocks up. Would appreciate prayers for the favor of the judges in the case and his deceptions to be exposed. Not an emergency but would appreciate your prayers.

Years ago, my sister died of cancer. She left a very large sum of money to her only daughter and named my father trustee. He embezzled the money. The love of money is the root of all evil.

The legal process has been taking years because of stalling. Nothing has changed much yet.

We went through something like this. My dad's younger sister who ran a bar stole and spent everything. We lived out of state both then and now.

Our legal team now has definitive evidence that Uncle Henry forged the signature of our grandfather Louis on the checks that he wrote for many thousands of dollars.
