none of your verses speak of the spirit indwelling unbelievers. You are simply reading that into them and ignoring everything contrary to it

Belief is a command of God. 1 John 3:23.nothing to dodge and you are hiding from the fact you tried to make reception of the spirit as the reason for believing when the bible puts faith first in many verses which you just ignore
