Check out this discovery then.

Did you check out what I posted? Perhaps you could respond to what I posted instead of referring me to videos. Perhaps you could provide a synopsis. I trust that you've watched it yourself, and can provide a response in your own words.

Trying to give an hypothesis about Moses without proving or disproving it? Yes, I had read it.
Perhaps you could respond to what I posted instead of referring me to videos.
Visual evidence for you to seek the truth on this matter was my response to your comment.
Perhaps you could provide a synopsis. I trust that you've watched it yourself, and can provide a response in your own words.
That extra Biblical source, an Egyptian writing in stones, corroborated the Bible account, is all you need to see that video about. It is only 3 minutes & 36 seconds long, but if you have no interest in seeking the truth on this matter, then that is your choice.

I can lead the horse to the water, but I cannot make the horse drink it. So do what you want but with the Lord's help, I know when to walk away from posters not looking for the truth when their minds are made up. I just need His help in recognizing it sooner & not just His help for walking away.

I don't even need to see that. As I said already, I trust your synopsis. In fact, I don't even need that because I don't find anything about the plagues all that difficult to understand or believe in the first place.

I don't need extra biblical references in the first place. The biblical texts are more than enough. Some people need scientific proof from scientists. I don't. Some things are self evident.

Jesus points out that the truth will set you free. I don't recall him making any similar points with regards to science, history, etc.

Oh, ye of little faith. Do you not see that the truth need not be verified or validated, and neither can be? Nothing is more fundamental than the truth. Your understanding cannot stand under anything because whatever you may understand is never going to be fundamental or foundational, but always and everywhere, it can only be derived from what is fundamental.

The 10 Plagues of Egypt Happened

Although written by a Jewish author, the report from Science is true, however, the absurdity of it as by natural causes is how convenient Moses warned the Pharaoh before each of those plagues had hit. How could Moses know the order of events of those natural causes?

So science confirmed the 10 plagues but not why the Pharaoh had let Moses & his people go.

Nor why the dynasty of Rameses ended because he and his army had drowned in the Red Sea. Pictures of chariots wheels at the bottom of the Red Sea can be seen at that link below when you scroll down about 3/4 to the bottom.

Red Sea Crossing
Those 'chariot wheels' are parts off a ship. Real Egyptian chariot wheels wouldn't survive until the present day.

Research that further to see why you can rule that out.

Coral can preserve it, and it did.
So how deep was the water where Moses and his three million relatives walked across the Red Sea in a few weeks after they slowly wandered out of Egypt?

I have. Show me a picture of the wheel in a museum not just an empty claim that it was recovered.
No it can't and it didn't. The wheel in the image is not covered in Coral. Wood may survive a long time in a low oxygen environment but in the red sea it would have been long gone. Ron Wyatt, the instigator of these claims, is dismissed by the majority of Biblical archaeologists.

Other people have gone there to confirm whatever Ron Wyatt was claiming. The True Discoveries site does not belong to Ron Wyatt.

They have verification of other discoveries leading up to that confirms the Red Sea Crossing. also including the two pillars, one placed on each side by King Solomon to confirm that site as the Red Sea Crossing.

Then you have the other side where one mountain was blackened at the top where no other mountain nearby share that geological feature with archeological evidence of the Jews encampment at the base of the mountain.

So if you want to listen to naysayers that Ron Wyatt faked all that evidence, then I cannot help you.

Red Sea Crossing

Any one can see the evidence. Photographs of chariot wheels cannot be mistaken for the wheels that guide the rudder on a ship when that chariot wheel is engulfed by coral still on its axis. And there are more than one chariot wheel there too, with skeletal bones also so, not what you falsely claimed by your assumption for easily dismissal, but if you just did not want to believe it to be true, I can understand why you did that.

Ruins of Sodom & Gomorrah has been found & confirmed by others too.

Ruins of Sodom & Gomorrah

Quote from link "“There is nothing left but ashes and brimstone! The ashen ruins of Gomorrah is the best preserved site and is located right next to Masada near the Dead Sea.” Sodom and Gomorrah sites have been discovered along the shore of the Dead Sea east of Jerusalem. One can still pick up sulfur pellets which are the remnants of what the Bible calls brimstone. The brimstone or sulfur pellets are composed of 99% pure sulfur. Such pure concentrations of sulfur have not been found anywhere else in the world. ~~~~end of quote.

1 Corinthians 15:34 Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.

1 Timothy 1:14 And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus. 15 This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief. 16 Howbeit for this cause I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might shew forth all longsuffering, for a pattern to them which should hereafter believe on him to life everlasting.

Romans 10:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. 12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

And no more credible than Wyatt's fantasy claims that Noah's boat is a rock formation on Mt Ararat, and that Jesus only had 24 chromosomes and not 46 chromosomes.

with the Ice Caps melting be ready for a bunch of evidence forthcoming

Hey Job;
do you know the things you speak because

Job 38:21
Knowest thou it, because thou wast then born?
or because the number of thy days is great
?

22 Hast thou entered into the treasures of the snow?
or hast thou seen the treasures of the hail
,

23 Which I have reserved against the time of trouble,
against
the day of battle and war?

which God will bring out at the time appointed
a faithful witness is one that cannot be refuted

Proverbs 25:13
As the cold of snow in the time of harvest,
so is a faithful messenger to them that send him:
for he refresheth the soul of his masters.

Who can find a virtuous woman?

Mens hearts failing them for what is coming on the Earth

Proverbs 31:21
She is not afraid of the snow for her household:
for all her household are clothed with scarlet

The True Discoveries site may not belong to Wyatt but it is very much based on his claims.
Do you not realise that if they had found a chariot wheel from the several hundred years BC it would have been world news. Even if they weren't prepared to admit that it came from the Exodus. The wheel in the picture is not a steering wheel but the sort of wheel used to close a bulkhead.
There are no 'ruins' of Sodom and Gomorrah. There are just a few spots near the dead sea with high sulphur deposits.
There is no Archaeological evidence of encampment near Mt Horeb.
I don't think that Ron Wyatt faked all that evidence, I believe it is just misattribution.

Do take a step back when it comes to critics; especially when some of them were with him at that time before he began to sway from their denominational teachings for which all of a sudden, they are attacking him later on.

Do police listen to enemies of the victim to form an opinion based on prejudices or do they examine the evidence?

Missing the forest for all the trees. Archeology roved it & the world still does not want to know; Sodom and Gomorrah Proved!

An abundance of rock art can be found at Har Karkom, including some that Emmanuel Anati interprets as Biblical motifs. A rectangular grid divided into ten spaces suggests the Ten Commandments Moses received on Mt. Sinai. In other rock art pictured in BAR, vertical and curvy lines may represent a staff and snake, recalling the story of Moses’ brother Aaron turning a staff into a snake as he stood before Pharaoh. The S&G story is about a volcanic eruption and like the story of Atlantis is probably based on the explosive eruption of Santorini and the demise of the Minoan civilization about 3500 years ago.

If you believe otherwise then which volcano erupted and destroyed S&G?

The police do both. They listen to the victim and examine the evidence.

'Watch Jerusalem' is not a scholarly Archaeological publication. Other 'Biblical' Archaeologists doubt this claim.

I have considered that possibility. There was a time in my life when, like you, I got all excited about Archaeological discoveries that claimed to support important Biblical events. Events like the flood and Noah's ark and the tower of Babel.
You have to err on the side of caution and evaluate all the evidence not just the claims of people who tell you what you want to believe.

The map showing the land of Ephraim also show Dan & Benjamin. How they had divided the land to the different family clans of the Hebrew people and how they refer in scripture to it may be misunderstood by the author of that article chronology wise.

You can always find scientific/historical articles to the contrary of the one you have presented.

The point of the article is that there are verses in the Bible that refute the Exodus.

Here, after listing the descendants of Ephraim’s first son Shuthelah, he relates a folktale about Ephraim’s second and third sons¹, named Ezer and Elead, who “go down” to Gath one day — that is, they descend from the hill country of Ephraim to the coastal plain of Gath — in order to steal the Gittites’ cattle. Some locals catch them in the act, and they are executed for their crimes. Ephraim, their father, mourns them for many days, and when his wife bears him another son sometime later, the child is given the name “Beriah” (which resembles the Hebrew word for “evil”) to remind the family of their loss. Such folk etymologies are common in Bible stories, though rarely (if ever) true. Beriah’s daughter Sheerah must have been a remarkable woman, for she founds three Ephraimite cities. Even more significantly, the national hero Joshua is born nine generations later, Beriah’s direct descendant (v. 27).
Whatever the Chronicler’s sources, he is giving a version of Ephraim’s history in which the sojourn in Egypt and the exodus never took place! This is not the Ephraim who was born to Joseph in Egypt (Gen 41:52), and whose descendants spent 400 years in Egypt and another 40 in the wilderness before conquering the land of Ephraim². Although Chronicles is usually seen as a late work, this tradition seems to pre-date the canonical Pentateuch, portraying Ephraim and his immediate family as indigenous settlers of the land named after him³

Numbers 26:35 These are the sons of Ephraim after their families: of Shuthelah, the family of the Shuthalhites: of Becher, the family of the Bachrites: of Tahan, the family of the Tahanites.

1 Chronicles 7:20 And the sons of Ephraim; Shuthelah, and Bered his son, and Tahath his son, and Eladah his son, and Tahath his son, 21 And Zabad his son, and Shuthelah his son, and Ezer, and Elead, whom the men of Gath that were born in that land slew, because they came down to take away their cattle. 22 And Ephraim their father mourned many days, and his brethren came to comfort him.

As you stated, the Chronicles is a late work, and the reading is discordant. Ephraim has only one brother, Manasseh.

It was the sons of Shuthelah, Ezer & Elead that were killed. Seeing how Shethelah has many brothers, I believe the verse got cross eyed in the copying when it should have read this way.

22 And Shuthelah their father mourned many days, and his brethren came to comfort him.

Obviously Ephraim was not in the promised land nor part of the Exodus.

That is the only answer I can give you. Human shortcoming in copying the scripture.

I do point out that there are plenty of other sources testifying to Hebrew slaves in Egypt other than the article I had referred to earlier.

Were Hebrews Ever Slaves in Ancient Egypt? Yes

And the OP testified that the 10 plagues did happen and yet it was recorded in the Bible also which lends to the Exodus..

You might find the ruins of Jericho interesting regarding where Rahab had lived on the North wall that was spared the collapsed.

Is the Bible accurate concerning the existence and destruction of the walls of Jericho?
